SR 20 Work Ends Aug. 27

Pavement repairs on SR 20 near Loup Loup Pass will end on Friday, Aug. 27, at 8 p.m., according to WSDOT. Crews have been working Mondays through Thursdays from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., causing slowdowns and alternating one-lane, two-way traffic.

The work, which began Aug. 24, included temporary rumble strips and reduced speed limits. WSDOT says the repairs will conclude by Friday evening, with no further delays expected for this project.

Other projects on SR 9 and I-405 continue into September, but the SR 20 work is the only one ending this week.
