Starting Friday night, Aug. 28, I-405 will see multiple lane closures on both northbound and southbound routes. Southbound I-405 will close up to four lanes from milepost 14. 25 to 12. 5 from 10 p.m. Friday until 8 a.m. Saturday. Northbound I-405 will close up to three lanes from Northeast 85th Street on-ramp to Northeast 100th Street from 11 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday, and all lanes will close from Northeast 70th Place to Northeast 85th Street from 11 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday.
State Route 9 will be reduced to a single lane near Kalloch Road (MP 59) with alternating traffic for 42 days until Sept. 14 for fish passage construction. Traffic will also alternate on SR 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily through Sept. 3 near Mount Vernon Big Lake Road. The WSDOT project webpage provides more details on the fish passage work. SR 547 will have alternating traffic with flaggers from Aug. 24 to Sept. 4 for PSE utility work. SR 599 will close the right lane and off-ramp for maintenance from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Saturday.
