Starting Monday, July 27, several Washington State highways will undergo temporary closures or lane restrictions in Okanogan–Omak area. The most significant closure is State Route 155, which is closed from milepost 46 near Nespelem to milepost 78 near Omak due to a wildfire, with no estimated reopening time. I-405 will have multiple nightly lane closures from July 27 through July 31, including southbound lanes between mileposts 18. 11 and 16. 45, and a southbound off-ramp to Northeast 30th Street.
State Route 527 will have nightly lane closures from July 27-30, and State Route 203 will have overnight closures from July 27-31 for paving work. State Route 96 and State Route 20 will also experience daily alternating traffic for utility work through July 31. WSDOT has provided specific dates, times, and locations for each closure, with detours and flagger systems in place for affected routes.
